A Treat for Cheesefare, Brie in a pastry

We found a great way to celebrate Cheesefare Sunday.

Heat oven to 350.

You need
https://www.nicolettafoods.com/

Slice off the top of the brie.

Scoop two tablespoons of the delicious Nicoletta's marmalade or jam.  over four crescent triangles.  Pinch the edges of the triangles to seal the dough.

Place the brie, sliced side down, on the jam.

Add two more tablespoons of jam on the bottom.

Fold edges over and pinch edges.

Brush egg wash over the brie and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool for a few minutes and enjoy!

Nicoletta's marmalade or jam.   wants to give back... they have teamed up with Progress Place, a shelter in Silver Spring, MD and are hoping to host an event to transform the dining area of Progress Place into a 5-Star restaurant; table linens, flatware, decorations, waiters, a Maitre d', music and, most importantly, a chef willing to donate their time in preparing a 3 or 4 course meal.

If you'd like to help, go to
GoFundMe to raise money to cover the expenses associated with an event like this.
